Cooking for my husband… (Healthy Omelette recipe inside)

The recipe for the one I made for my husband… 4 large eggs 2 slices of turkey bacon a handful of chopped mushrooms a handful of chopped green peppers chopped onion one slice of cheese Some canola oil… In the one I make for myself… (The healhtier version…) I use six egg whites… no yolk… and I also add some black olive in mine… Salsa is cool too… If you like that kind of thing…)
