Hot Chocolate Sauce

Hot Chocolate Sauce
1/4 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
1 tablespoon sweet butter, chopped
Place all ingredients in a bowl with 1/4 cup hot water and place over a pan of hot water. Heat until the chocolate has melted, stir well and serve hot or warm.
Serves 4.
