1/4 cup Jack Daniel’s Whiskey1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard1/4 cup minced green onions and
Cornmeal and Rice Pancakes
1/2 cup cornmeal1/2 cup flour3/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 tablespoon granulated sugar1 1/2 cups cooked white rice2 cups buttermilk2 eggs, separated2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
