Apricot Gelatin Salad (T&T)

This has become one of our favorite salads. My grandkids like it for dessert.
1 large (6 ounce) or 2 small packages apricot gelatin2 cups boiling
Lime Cooler Colada Cake
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix plus ingredients to make cake 2 limes 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 cup cold milk 1 small box coconut cream or vanilla instant pudding
Fig Ice Cream
This is an old Louisiana recipe.
1 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup water1 tablespoon vinegarPinch of salt2 egg whites, stiffly beaten1 quart crushed, peeled figs1 1/2 cups milk
Combine sugar, water, vinegar and salt and bring
Apricot Dumplings
Apricot SyrupSyrup drained from apricots1 tablespoon honey1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine apricot syrup with honey and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Makes about 1 cup.
Crust2 cups buttermilk biscuit mix2 tablespoons granulated sugar2/3 cup milk

No Bake Apricot Cheesecake
Crust1/2 cup butter or margarine1/3 cup granulated sugar1 1/2 cups corn flake crumbs
Cook butter and sugar in small saucepan until mixture boils; remove from heat. Mix in Corn Flake Crumbs. Reserve 2
