Rice Patties

Rice Patties
1 1/2 cups leftover cooked rice
2 eggs, blended with 2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons instant onion soup mix
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheese
Mix together all ingredients; form into patties. Fry in vegetable oil.
Makes 8 to 9 patties.
