1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon curry powder
3/4 cup light cream
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1/2 cup cashews, broken
Heat soups and curry powder. Add chicken and heat through. Sprinkle with nuts and serve over rice.
