Spicy Mini-meatballs

Spicy Mini-Meatballs
1 1/2 tablespoons light rum
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 pound lean ground beef
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Bake at 300 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
Serve with wooden picks.
