Golden Mushroom Roast
1 (4 to 5 pound) beef roast
1 large can mushroom stems pieces, drained
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Place roast in crockpot. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. The gravy is scrumptious!
