1 cup cooked, diced chicken or turkey
1/4 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup cooked vegetables
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup milk
Blend or pur?e together. Freeze in an ice cube tray, then remove and thaw however many cubes are needed.
