Homemade Ice Cream

I just wanted to share this VERY simple recipe for homemade ice cream. It is so easy and delicious! I just made it with my students in summer school this week.

2 quarts half-and-half
2 cans EAGLE brand sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons vanilla extract

Mix together and freeze in an ice cream machine.

The secret to this recipe is the EAGLE brand sweetened milk. If you use anything else it will not be as good.
