Heavenly Rice

Heavenly Rice
1 small box gelatin, cherry or other flavor
1 cup hot water
1 cup rice, cooked and cooled
1 cup cream, whipped
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. When partly set, whip until consistency of whipped cream. Add remaining ingredients. Place in refrigerator until firm.
