1 small box lemon Jell-O
1 can shredded corned beef
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1 3/4 cups boiling water
1 cup finely cut celery
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 small onion, finely chopped
Mix Jell-O and water. When jelled, beat until foamy. Add Miracle Whip, corned beef, celery, onion and eggs.
