1 cup shortening
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cut-up gum drops
Form into small balls. Bake at 375 degrees F.
