Lemon Cookies

1 (18.25 ounce) yellow cake mix
1 small box instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons water
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend well. Drop batter by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned around the edges. DO NOT OVER-BAKE. Cool on rack.

Yields 6 dozen.
