Cowboy Chili Stew
Serves 4.
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
1 (14 ounce) can hot chili with beans
1 (14 ounce) can pork and beans
1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 small can diced green chiles
Shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef and onion until done; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve garnished with cheese.
