1 cup sourdough starter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Mix all and beat. Pour or ladle onto a hot griddle. Turn over when bubbles form on top of the Splatter Dabs.
As a lot of our recipes currently use American style measurements, you can use our handy calculator to convert them to the metric system. In the mean time we're currently in the process of updating as many of the measurements to an Australian format.
