Ingredients
1 oz Dark Rum
1 tsp Sugar
5 oz (hot) Coffee
1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream
Caribbean Coffee Directions
Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
