Ingredients
2 oz Rum
2 tsp Water
2 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 twist Lemon Peel
Rum Toddy Directions
Dissolve powdered sugar in water in an old-fashioned glass. Add rum, one ice cube, and stir. Add a twist of lemon peel and serve.
