Negus Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp Brandy

1 oz Red Wine

2 oz LBV Port

1 oz Red Sparkling Wine

1 tsp Sugar

2 oz Water

1/2 oz Lemon

1 pinch Nutmeg

Negus Directions

Heat ingredients (with lemon thinly sliced into rings, and a heaped teaspoon of sugar). Strain into a heat-proof goblet when hot.

Serve Negus in a Red Wine Glass
