Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey
3/4 oz Port
1 slice Pineapple
1/4 (Juice of) Lemon
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 Egg White

Shake all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the pineapple slice and serve.
