Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey
1/4 (Juice of) Lemon
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Commodore Cocktail Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
