Ingredients
3 dashes Cointreau
1/4 oz Dark Rum
1 1/2 oz White Rum
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/4 oz Sugar Syrup
1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar

Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
